Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Humanbo INC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Humanbo”, “OwnCents”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Humanbo INC is the primary contracting entity for OwnCents unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Humanbo Limited may support operations as our Bangladesh affiliate.

By creating an account, using OwnCents, or using the Service on behalf of a company, you accept these Terms and confirm you have authority to bind the organization you represent.

OwnCents is a business financial-intelligence product. You must be able to form a binding contract and may use OwnCents only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws and obligations that apply to you and your organization.

• You must provide accurate account and workspace information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for your account, invited team members, workspace roles, and activity under your credentials.
• OwnCents supports email/password, Google sign-in, Firebase Authentication, passkeys/WebAuthn, and optional SSO features where configured.
• Passkey verification is required before connecting financial accounts through Plaid Link.
• You must promptly contact us at hey@humanbo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

OwnCents workspaces contain business, financial, billing, reporting, task, and integration information. Workspace owners and admins control team access and permissions. You are responsible for granting access only to people authorized to view or manage the workspace data.

OwnCents has no free plan. The verified self-serve plans are Starter, Growth, and Scale. Enterprise is sales-led. Eligible self-serve paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Users select a paid plan, the trial lasts 7 days, and subscription billing starts automatically after the trial unless canceled before the trial ends.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Monthly billing charges the selected monthly price each month.
• Annual billing is charged upfront and receives a verified 20% discount compared with paying the monthly rate for 12 months.
• Stripe processes subscription payments, invoices, checkout, billing portal sessions, and payment methods.
• Fees exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
• Plan limits and features are enforced by the OwnCents subscription system and may differ by plan.

The verified billing implementation uses Stripe prorations when a plan or billing interval changes, preserves any active trial, and uses Stripe Billing Portal for self-serve billing management. Canceling a subscription sets cancellation at the end of the current period; access continues until the paid period ends, then subscription access is revoked through billing status updates.

We may suspend or terminate access if payment fails, if you breach these Terms, if continued access creates security or legal risk, or if we are required to do so by law.

• Do not use OwnCents unlawfully or to process data you are not authorized to process.
• Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass authentication, bypass MFA, or evade subscription or role checks.
• Do not interfere with OwnCents, scan or load test without permission, introduce malware, scrape at disruptive scale, or reverse engineer except where law prohibits that restriction.
• Do not use OwnCents to provide regulated financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice to third parties unless you are independently authorized to do so.

OwnCents connects to third-party services only when you authorize or configure them. The application contains supported workflows involving Plaid, Stripe, Composio, Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack, Google Cloud, Firebase, and Gemini. Availability and data scope depend on the configured provider workflow. Third-party services are not controlled by OwnCents and may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or changed by their providers.

• Plaid is used to start financial-account connection through Plaid Link and currently requests the Transactions product.
• Stripe is used for OwnCents billing and can also be connected as a financial-data integration for read-only revenue intelligence.
• Composio manages several integration connections and tool executions; OwnCents stores connected-account identifiers rather than provider tokens.
• Gmail draft creation, Google Sheets exports, and Slack notifications depend on user-authorized provider access.
• Gemini powers AI CFO interpretation, but authoritative metrics are calculated by deterministic OwnCents backend code.

You retain rights in data you submit or connect. You grant us the limited right to host, process, transmit, normalize, analyze, and display that data to provide OwnCents. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to connect and process the data.

Financial data from Plaid, Stripe, connected banks, Composio integrations, Google, Slack, and other external services may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing source records and validating outputs before making business decisions.

OwnCents AI-generated outputs are informational, may contain errors, and may be based on incomplete information. OwnCents is not a substitute for an accountant, auditor, tax adviser, financial adviser, lawyer, or other licensed professional. You remain responsible for business, accounting, tax, legal, operational, and financial decisions.

OwnCents, including its software, interface, design, workflows, and content, is owned by Humanbo INC or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use OwnCents during your subscription. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation.

We aim to keep OwnCents available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, plans, limits, or availability, with notice where reasonably practicable for material changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OwnCents is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that outputs, forecasts, integrations, metrics, or third-party data will be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, lost data, or decisions made in reliance on OwnCents. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You agree to indemnify Humanbo INC and its affiliates against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of OwnCents, violation of these Terms, connected data, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and may provide notice through OwnCents or by email. Continuing to use OwnCents after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
